The Hillcrest Village Project is a high quality retirement village for United Protestant Association of NSW. The combination of 6 duplexes and 2 apartment buildings, totalling 24 independent living units, is situated in tranquil Stanwell Park and is surrounded by national parklands and provides beautiful views of the ocean.

As part of the overall project  vision , the Village has been constructed using a range of unique and high quality materials and fitments to enhance the natural environment. Significant civil and road works formed part of Project’s uniqueness and difficulty, as the Village was carved into the bushland escarpment.
