Constructed for the CEO this project includes a new Multi-Purpose Learning Hall, Kids Cafe, Resource Centre & additional alterations to existing building. The new Multi-Purpose Learning Hall is two levels consisting of open learning area in ground floor, Multipurpose Hall in first floor along with covered learning area, teachers store room, breakout space & disabled toilet in first level. Access to this hall is through stairs and by a lift. The Multi-Purpose Hall is a frame structure with concrete columns and suspended concrete slab.

The New Resource Centre and Kids Café is a single level building. The Kids café includes a kitchen, store and toilets from outside. The Library consists of a new resource centre, learning common area, seminar room, resource workroom, garden store and New Sports & PE store.
